Upgrading packages to SQL 2012 and VS 2012

What is the proper path to upgrade packages to SQL 2012 and VS 2012? There are several errors like this:
Error 3 Error loading package.dtsx: The managed pipeline component "Microsoft.Samples.SqlServer.SSIS.SharePointListAdapters.SharePointListDestination, SharePointListAdapters, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=f4b3011e1ece9d47" could not be loaded. The exception was: Could not load file or assembly 'SharePointListAdapters, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=f4b3011e1ece9d47' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified..

Has anyone successfully completed this upgrade?

Thanks,
Jesse

I was able to figure this out. I followed these steps to upgrade:

-Install SQL 2012
-Re-install the list adapter component to get the SharePointListAdapter.dll into the correct 110 directory
-Open the .dtsx package (ignore all of the errors)
-Replace the old SharePoint destinations/sources with the new component
-Make sure to open the new ones up and select your SPCRED connection
-Save
-Replace old job in scheduler (if applicable)

Thanks,
Jesse
